Donald Trump Jr. Responds To Reports That He’s Planning To Run For President In 2028

Donald Trump’s dedicated fans probably wouldn’t mind the idea of “Trump 2028,” even if it is a different Trump on the ticket for president.

So, some of those folks were probably excited to see a report last week that said that Donald Trump Jr. was “seriously considering” a run for the office when his father’s second term ends. Medialite reportedly cited “three high-level sources” who said Trump Jr. was considering the move.

But Trump Jr. took to X to shoot that report down, and he issued a statement, too, while pointing to Vice President JD Vance as the possible replacement for his father.
