The star found dead after he slipped and fell in the shower

Charlie Colin, a founding member of the band Train, has died at the age of 58. According to his mother, the Grammy-winning bassist was found dead after slipping and falling in the shower while house-sitting for friends in Brussels, Belgium.

He had been living there, working as a music teacher at a conservatory, and was composing music for a movie at the time of his passing. The exact time of his death remains unclear, as his friends discovered him nearly five days after their return from a trip. Fans and followers have been expressing their condolences online, mourning the loss of the talented musician.

Since then, Charlie and the band’s fans have been making condolences for his family.

“That’s really sad.” Train had some great songs. “Rest in peace Charlie Colin,” someone wrote on X, which used to be Twitter.

A second tweet said, “Sending my condolences to his friends and family. Very sad.”

“My sincere condolences on the passing of Charlie Colin,” a third added.
