Dr. Mehmet Oz, his mother, and sister Seval claim their sister Nazlim forged their late father Mustafa’s signature, stealing millions from his account, allegedly moving funds to Holland, India, and the Cayman Islands. A Turkish handwriting expert confirmed the forgery, which is under investigation. Meanwhile, Nazlim is suing Dr. Oz in New York Supreme Court, claiming he failed to pay her $15,000 monthly for over three years, allegedly her share of rental income from their father’s condos. Dr. Oz wants this lawsuit paused until the inheritance battle is resolved.
